A new fave of ours this summer... a lovely pale pink color, simple, summery, delicious! (And people won't believe what it is made of...!)


List of Ingredients




8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cups coarsely chopped radishes
2 cloves garlic
Salt to taste

Recipe



Pulse in food processor until until radishes are finely chopped. (This dip will exude some liquid if it sit in the fridge a day or two - just pour off and re-stir.)
