    THE PALM, LAS VEGAS GARLIC CHEESE SPREAD

    This is from the Sunrise Cafe at the Palm in Las Vegas

    List of Ingredients




    20 oz. grated Pecorino Romano
    2 cups Mayonnaise
    2 1/2 Tbs lemon juice
    2 Tbs chopped parsley
    pinch of cayenne
    2 1/2 Tbs minced garlic
    Dash Tobasco
    3 long loaves Italian bread split in half lengthwise

    Recipe



    Mix first 7 ingredients then spread on the bread and toast in 325�F oven until cheese is bubbly. Serves 15.
