Impossible Taco Pie

List of Ingredients




1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 envelopes taco seasoning
3/4 cup Bisquick
1 1/4 cup milk
3 eggs
1 cup shredded cheese
1/4 head of lettuce
1 tomato diced
sour cream

Recipe



Heat oven to 400F. Grease a square baking dish 8x8x2". Cook beef and onion, drain. Stir in seasoning mix and spoon into plate. Beat bisquick, milk and eggs until almost smooth. Pour on top of ground beef in dish. Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes and sour cream.
