    List of Ingredients

    8 cups of rhubarb
    8 cups of water
    2 1/2 cups of sugar
    1/2 cup of lemon juice
    1 small package of strawberry jello


    Boil the rhubarb with water for 10 minutes. Then strain and keep the juice. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Stir in lemon juice and Jell-O. Freeze for 1 day. Then, put in a punch bowl and add 7up or scoop into individual cups as needed and add 7up for a slush.
