    List of Ingredients

    2 packages Hot pork sausage (12 oz.)
    1 package frozen southern-style hash brown potatoes (2 lbs.)
    1 cup minced onion
    2 cups milk
    4 cups colby jack cheese (shredded)
    1/2 Tablespoon salt
    6 large eggs (beaten)
    1 jar of salsa (12 oz.)


    Grease 9 X 13 glass pan. Brown and drain sausage. Combine sausage, hash browns, onion, milk, 3 cups of cheese, salt and eggs. Pour into pan. Top with 1 cup of cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 for 50-55 minutes. Serve with salsa.
