    List of Ingredients

    1 stick of butter (room temperature)
    cup of sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    3 Tbsp cocoa
    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    2 pasteurized eggs
    1 baked pie shell
    whipped cream (1 tub)


    Cream the butter and sugar in a mixer. Stir cocoa and vegetable oil together and add to sugar mixture. Add in vanilla and mix. Add in one egg and whip for 5 minutes (scraping the sides of the bowl to ensure everything is whipped well. Add in another egg and whip for 5 minutes as well. Spoon the mixture into the baked pie shell and chill for 3-5 hours. Top with whipped cream and serve.
