    pork ribs
    ginger ale
    2 apples (sliced)
    1 onion (sliced)

    barbaque sauce

    In a large crockpot, layer one rack of ribs and top with onion and apple slices. Layer with one more rack of ribs and top again with onion and apple slices. Pour ginger ale into the crockpot (so it is about 2 inches deep).

    Cook on low for 6- hours.

    Remove from crockpot and place on a baking sheet. Brush with barbaque sauce and bake for 20 minutes at about 350 degrees.
