    List of Ingredients

    1 T. butter
    2 eggs
    1 c. half and half
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. crumbled feta cheese
    1/3 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. chopped basil
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 package (9 oz) uncooked fresh angel hair pasta
    1 jar mild salsa
    1 pound medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
    1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese


    Use butter to grease 12x8 inch pan. Combine eggs, half and half, yogurt, swiss cheese, feta cheese, parsley, basil, and oregano in medium bowl. Spread 1/2 of the pasta on bottom of pan, cover with the salsa. Add 1/2 of the shrimp. Cover with remaining pasta. Spread egg mixture over the pasta and top with remaining shrimp. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese on top. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes.
