    White Chocolate Raspberry Scones

    List of Ingredients

    3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 Tbsp + 1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
    2 cups chilled whipping cream
    1 cup frozen raspberries
    2 Tbsp butter, melted
    Additional sugar


    Preheat oven to 375. In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in white chips. Add whipping cream, stirring in just enough to combine ingredients.
    Using a 9 x 5 non-stick pan, press dough into pan. Press frozen berries into dough. Coat top of dough with melted butter. Sprinkle with additional sugar on top. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cut into 24 triangles and carefully transfer triangles to a cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes.
