List of Ingredients
1-2 Pounds of Red or White Potatoes
Half a Pint of Sour Cream
Half a cup of Buttermilk
1 Bunch of Chives
2-3 Garlic cloves
2-3 tablespoons of Cider Vinegar
Salt + Pepper
Boil or roast potatoes until soft and cool completely.
Cube all the potatoes into one inch cubes.
With the back of a fork mash ¼ of the cubes potatoes in a bowl.
Once mashed in the bowl add the cubed potatoes and the remaining ingredients and fold together. Adjust taste with salt and pepper.
