    Slow Cooker Mint Wafer

    List of Ingredients

    2 tsp. butter
    1/4 cup milk
    1 pkg. white creamy frosting mix (15 oz)
    Several drops mint flavoring
    Food coloring (optional)


    Combine butter and milk in slow cooker. Turn control to high; cover and heat until butter melts. Stir in frosting mix. cook on high for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add flavoring and color, if desired. Turn to low. Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper, swirling tips with spoon. Keep slow cooking pot control on low while forming patties. If candy gets too thick, add several drops hot water.
    Makes 5 dozen.
