Easy Chicken Dinner

1 large size oven bag (like Reynolds brand)
2 Tbsp. flour
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 cup water
3 med. carrots, cut in chunks
2 med. red potatoes, cut in wedges
1 med. green bell pepper, cubed
4 bonless, skinless chicken breasts or your choice of chicken cut
Season salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Shake flour in oven bag and place in a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
Add onion soup mix and water to oven bag. Squeeze oven bag to blend in flour. Add carrots, potatoes and green pepper to oven bag. Turn oven bag to coat ingredients with the sauce.
Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and pepper and add the chicken to the oven bag. Arrange chicken and vegetables in an even layer in oven bag.
Close oven bag with enclosed nylon tie and cut six 1/2-inch slits in top of bag for ventilation and for steam to escape.
Bake at 55 to 60 minutes or until chicken is tender.
