Always a big hit at picnics.
List of Ingredients
12 eggs
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon horse radish sauce (use more or less depending on how hot you like things)
1 teaspoon fresh chives
salt
pepper
Recipe
Hard boil eggs. Shell eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Scoop out yolks carefully so not to damage whites. Crush yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, horse radish, chives and tarragon. Salt and pepper to taste. Put filling back into egg whites. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
