Amana Ox Yoke Inn Broccoli Salad

-1 lb bacon
-2 lb broccoli florets; cut in-bite-size pieces
-3 stalks celery; chopped
-1 c raisins
-1 c mayonnaise or mayonnaise-salad dressing
-2 tb vinegar
-1/4 c sugar
-1/4 c half-and-half
-Fry bacon in large skillet until crisp, 10 minutes.
-Drain on papertowels, then crumble.
-Combine broccoli, celery, bacon and raisins in a large bowl.
-Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and half-and-half in small bowl.
-Add to broccoli mixture.
-Toss to coat.
-Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
