    Chicken Ceasar Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    • 4 Tbls. oil
    • 1/4 tsp each of: basil and oregeno
    • 1/2 tsp. each of: garlic salt, pepper and paprika
    • 4 cups of torn lettuce (Romaine is best )
    • 2 tomatoes sliced
    • Caesar Salad Dressing
    • Caesar Salad Croutons


    Instructions


    1. Brush chicken pieces with oil.
    2. Combine the seasonings all together.
    3. Sprinkle seasonings over chicken.
    4. Grill or pan fry for 12-15 minutes uncovered, turning several times.
    5. Arrange lettuce on 4 plates and top with the tomato slices.
    6. Cut each breast into strips and place on top of tomatoes.
    7. Drizzle with salad dressing and top with croutons.
