    -8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    -1 envelope onion soup mix
    -1 (8 ounces) jar sugar-free orange marmalade
    -1 (8 ounces) bottle Russian salad dressing


    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Place chicken in a glass or ceramic baking dish.
    3. Mix last 3 ingredients and pour over chicken.
    4. Marinate at least 2 hours in the refrigerator but no more than 24 hours.
    5. Bake until chicken is tender, approximately 1 1/2 hours.
    6. This recipe makes a delicious sauce for rice.
