    1 fryer chicken, cut up
    garlic powder
    self-rising flour
    paprika
    salt & pepper to tast

    Recipe



    A couple of hours before frying your chicken place it in a zip lock baggies and sprinkle with garlic powder.

    Keep turning it over in the fridge, every 15 minutes.

    When ready to fry put 1 TBLS. paprika in the flour along with salt and pepper to taste.

    Fry as usual
