List of Ingredients
�2 cans (15 oz.) Mexican corn � drained
�1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies � drained (Rotel makes an �extra hot� variety if you can handle the spice!)
�1 c. sour cream
�1 c. mayo
�1 T. sugar
�2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
�sliced green onions or finely chopped regular onions to taste (whatever floats your boat
�corn chip �scoops
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate until serving (I think it tastes better the longer it is refrigerated). Scoop and eat with corn chips.
