Dip: Fresh Fruit Dip

- 12 macaroons, crushed
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 pint dairy sour cream
- 1 large pineapple
Instructions
- Crush macaroons and combine with brown sugar and sour cream.
- Chill several hours to soften macaroon crumbs. Do not stir again.
- Hollow out center of pineapple for serving dish.
- Fill shell with macaroon dip.
- Place in center of large platter.
- Arrange fresh fruits (strawberries, melons, bananas, grapes, etc.) around pineapple.
Final Comments
This is good at a brunch.
