    Dip: Fresh Fruit Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 12 macaroons, crushed
    • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    • 1 pint dairy sour cream
    • 1 large pineapple


    Instructions


    1. Crush macaroons and combine with brown sugar and sour cream.

    2. Chill several hours to soften macaroon crumbs. Do not stir again.

    3. Hollow out center of pineapple for serving dish.

    4. Fill shell with macaroon dip.

    5. Place in center of large platter.

    6. Arrange fresh fruits (strawberries, melons, bananas, grapes, etc.) around pineapple.



    Final Comments


    This is good at a brunch.
