List of Ingredients



• 3 C. unbleached flour
  
• 2 C. superfine sugar
  
• 1/3 C. cocoa
  
• 2 tsp. baking soda
  
• 1 tsp. sea salt
  
• 2 C. water
  
• 3/4 C. vegetable oil
  
• 2 tsp. pure vanilla
  
• 2 tsp. vinegar
  






Instructions



1. In a mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients. Add all wet ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees F. in a greased 13x9x2 inch pan for 30-40 minutes or until cake pick tests done.
