Broccoli Rice Casserole

� cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter or
margarine, divided
2 cups of hot cooked
Minute Premium Long Grain Rice
1 can (10 � ounces)
condensed cream of
mushroom soup
1 package (10 ounces)
frozen chopped
broccoli, cooked
and drained
1 jar (8 ounces) CHEEZ
WHIZ Pasteurized
Process Cheese Sauce
� cup fresh bread cubes
Recipe
Cook and stir onion in 1 tablespoon butter in large
Skillet over medium heat until
Tender. Add rice, soup, broccoli and Cheez Whiz; stir.
Spoon into 1 � quart casserole dish.
Melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter and toss with bread cubes;
sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Makes 4 to 6 servings
To make ahead:
Prepare as directed except for baking; cover.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake ,uncovered, at 350 degrees F
for 50 to 55 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
