    List of Ingredients





    1/4 pound mushrooms, raw (any type)
    1 teaspoon olive oil, extra virgin
    1/4 cup rice, brown, uncooked
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    4 ounce pork sirloin chop, raw boneless
    1/4 green beans, frozen 10oz Pkg
    1/4 pound strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
    1/4 cup sorbet, fat-free fruit flavored

    Recipe



    Clean and slice mushrooms.

    Heat Heat oil in small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and saute briefly, 2 to 3 minutes. Add uncooked rice, salt, black pepper and the amount of water specified on the rice box. Cover rice and mushrooms and cook according to package directions.

    Place pork chop on a broiler pan; sprinkle with black pepper and garlic powder if you like. Broil until pork is cooked through, or until meat is no longer pink in the center. Heat beans as directed on package.

    Serve with a tall glass of seltzer or hot herbal tea and 1 cup of frozen strawberries, thawed, and topped with sorbet.
