Cheesy Stuffed Mushrooms

List of Ingredients
20-25 large white mushrooms w/ stems
2 T. butter
8 oz. package shredded cheddar
8 oz. package cream cheese
garlic salt to taste
onion salt to taste
paprika to tasteRecipe
Carefully remove mushroom stems ~ dice stems ~ saute them in butter until tender. Set aside to cool. Mix together cheddar & cream cheese until whipped. Season with garlic salt, onion salt, & fold in the stems. Stuff mushrooms & place on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle tops with additional cheddar cheese & paprika. Bake at 350� for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm
*I don't saute the stems before adding to the cheese mixture. I also add a little crumbled bacon, onion, a clove of garlic, & seasoning salt to the cheese mixture.
