    3 (8 oz.) pkgs. Cream cheese
    5-6 cans chicken (drained all except 1)
    1 stalk celery, finely chopped
    onion , finely chopped, to taste
    1 sm. Jar pimentos, drained
    2 loaves sandwich bread (white, wheat, rye, etc.)

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients except bread & chill 4 hours (preferably overnight). For cups: Cut crusts from bread. Butter the bread. Place in muffin tins, butter side up. Bake at 375� for 10 minutes or until browned. Just before serving, fill cups with the chicken mixture. Add � an olive or slice of pickle in center for garnish if desired.
