Pineapple Peach Salsa

List of Ingredients
3 small peaches, halved, pitted, and cut into 1/2-inch dice
10-12 tomatoes, chopped
1 c. onion, diced
6-8 green onion, diced
1 Large Bell Pepper or 2 small (calls for 1 orange, 1 yellow...I used all green)
1 Sweet Banana Pepper
1 Hot Banana Pepper
2 cup diced fresh pineapple
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 Tbsp. salt (to taste)
1/4 C. Sugar (I used 1/2 white & 1/2 brown)
1/4 C. Robert Rothschild Farms Hot Pepper Peach Preserves
1 - 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 pkt. McCormick Salsa Seasoning (1.25 oz - or sprinkle some Mrs. Wages in)
� - 1/3 C. Robert Rothschild Farms Hot Pepper Peach Jam
1 can diced green chilies
Dash of hot sauce if needed

DIRECTIONS
I boiled all ingredients together except for � the Cilantro, � the Pineapple, & the jam�added these ingredients right after removing from heat. Process in pressure canner or boiling bath.
