    2 15.5 oz. Cans Chickpeas
    1/2 cup Tahini
    1 1/2 tsp. Lemon zest
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander
    1 small clove garlic, grated
    3 tsp. olive oil

    Recipe



    Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon zest and juice, salt, pepper, coriander, and garlic in food processor or blender .

    pulse until chickpeas are roughly chopped, about 15-20 times


    add 1/2 cup water and process scraping down sides as needed until smooth about 2-3 minutes

    with motor running add in oil until smooth.

    Serve: In shallow bowl, drizzle with oil,
