It says for pork, but I have used on beef also.


List of Ingredients





8 tsp. olive oil
4 � tsp. salt
4 tsp. paprika
2� tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2� tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1 tsp. dried thyme


Recipe



Mix all ingredients together, rub mix into the meat.

Let set at least 30 minutes. You can let set over night, however let meat come to room temperature before cooking.
