    My kids always tell my boyfriend he makes the worlds best pancakes! I tried the recipe and guess what- its not him that makes them so good, its the recipe! LOL.

    Makes about 14 4-inch cakes



    List of Ingredients


    • Sift before measuring: 1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
    • Resift with:
    • 1tsp salt
    • 3tbsp sugar
    • 1 3/4tsp baking powder
    • Beat Lightly and add:1 or 2 eggs
    • Add:
    • 3tbsp melted butter
    • 1 to 1 1/4 cups milk


    Instructions




      Final Comments


      These are great to add blueberries, chocolate chips or other goodies to as well :) Enjoy!
