Over the years of baking About 35 years a go I came up with this recipe for a large batch Chocolate Chip Cookies. It's All in the baking time for a chewy cookie do not over cook....................
Heat oven to 350.
Combine brown sugar, milk, and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with mixer until well blended. Beat eggs into mixture. Combine flour, salt and baking soda until blended. Stir in chocolate chips and pecan pieces.
Drop rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheet for 8 - 10 minutes for a chewy cookie, longer for a crisp cookie. (do not overcook) Let cool and enjoy!
