    1-1/2 cups flour
    1/3 cup sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup cooked Malt-O-Meal
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1 egg
    1/4 cup oil
    2 Tbsp. grated orange rind, optional

    Recipe




    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

    Add rest of ingredients and mix until moistened.

    Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.

    Bake at 425� for 20 minutes.
