    CLUB SODA BATTER FOR ONION RINGS

    Simply add enough club soda to boxed pancake mix to make a thin batter. Dip 1/4" thick onion rings into batter and deep fry in hot oil (385-400*) as usual. Drain on paper towels or newspaper.
