    Five Spice Powder

    2 t. ground cinnamon
    2 star anise
    1/2 t. fennel seed
    3 Szechwan peppercorns
    2 whole cloves

    Put all ingredients in glass blender container and pulverize until powder. Store in jar with a tight fitting lid. Keep away from heat to retain freshness.
