Big Al�s Banana Bread Pudding

List of Ingredients

2 loaves of french bread (stale) cut into 1� cubes
5 eggs
1 � cups sugar
� cup brown sugar (optional)
1 t vanilla
1 � t nutmeg
1 � t cinnamon
� cup (1 stick) melted butter
4 cups milk
3 to 5 bananas cut into small pieces
No Raisins (I hate them)


Recipe

Beat eggs (they�ve been naughty). Add sugar and spices. Beat again.
Add milk and butter. Yep, beat again. Place bread in your baking pan.
Pour in mixture, add bananas, mix (don�t beat---the bananas� feelings will get hurt). Let rest for at least 15 minutes. Bake at 350 until the center is firm.
