    Italian Meat Balls

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 lb. Italian sausage, remove cassings
    • 1/2 lb. medium ground chuck (hamburger)
    • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
    • 1/2 tsp. basil
    • 1/4 tsp. oregano
    • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl mix all ingredients

    2. Form into small balls (ping pong size)

    3. Place in a 325 degree oven, cook until brown, about 20 minutes

    4. Turn balls after 10 minutes



    Final Comments


    Makes about 25 meat balls
    Use in sauce, on pasta or sandwiches
