    Creamy Scrambled Eggs

    List of Ingredients

    • 6 eggs
    • 2 tbs. butter
    • 1 tbs. all-purpose flour
    • 1/4 cup of sour cream
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper
    • Parsley, chopped


    1. In a small pan over medium heat melt 1 tbs. butter
    2. Stir in 1 tbs. flour and cook until bubbly
    3. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream
    4. Return to heat and cook until bubbly and smooth, set a side
    5. In a large bowl, beat eggs together, add salt and pepper
    6. In a wide frying pan over medium-low heat, melt 1 tbs. butter, pour in eggs and cook, lifting cooked portion to allow uncooked egg to flow underneath, until eggs are softly set
    7. Remove from heat and gently stir in sour cream mixture
    8. Turn eggs into a serving dish and garnish with parsley

    These eggs stay creamy and warm for as long as an hour on an electric tray
