    Chinese Macaroni

    List of Ingredients

    • 2 stalks celery, sliced chinese style
    • 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced chinese style
    • 1 large onion, sliced chinese style
    • 1 1/4 cup cooked and cooled macaroni elbows
    • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    • 1/2 lb. thinly sliced beef strips or hamburger
    • 4 cups (1/2 lb.) of been sprouts
    • 1tsp. garlic, minced
    • 1 tsp. ginger, minced
    • 2 tbsp. Soya sauce (dark is best)
    • Salt and pepper to taste


    1. In a skillet brown hamburger, drain off juices and SET ASIDE

    2. In same skillet add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute

    3. Add celery, onions and green pepper, cook for 2-3 minutes

    4. Add meat, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, mix well and cook for 2 minutes

    5. Add mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes

    6. Add cooked macaroni and mix thouroughly

    7. Add 4 tbsp. soya and mix well to coat

    8. Add bean sprouts and cook for another 3-4 minutes

    9. Mix thouroughly and serve hot
