    Rigatoni Carbonara

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 lb. rigatoni
    • 3 eggs
    • 2 tbs. olive oil
    • 2 tbs. bytter
    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 6 oz. prosciutto, diced (regular bacon also works)
    • Pinch red pepper flakes
    • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese


    1. In a pan heat oil and butter

    2. Add prosciutte and cook a few minutes

    3. Add cooked rigatoni and mix

    4. In a bowl mix eggs, red pepper flakes, salt and 1/4 cheese and mix

    5. Pour rigantoni over egg mixture and mix

    6. Add 1/4 cup cheese and mix again
