    Saucy Mushroom Pork Chops

    List of Ingredients

    • 2 tbs. vegetable oil
    • 1 lb. butterfly pork chops
    • 1/2 tsp. rosemary, dried
    • 1/4 tsp. thyme
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 3 cups mushrooms, sliced
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 tsp. pepper
    • 1 tsp. corn starch
    • 1/2 cup chicken stock


    1. In a skillet heat oil over high heat and brown pork chops
    2. Sprinkle with half the rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper, turn over and brown second side and set aside
    3. Reduce heat to medium and add a little more oil
    4. Cook onions, mushrooms and remaining rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper for about 5 minutes
    5. Stir cornstarch into chicken stock and add to the skillet
    6. Bring to a boil, cook stirring for 1 minute
    7. Add pork chops and cook for another 2-3 minutes
