    List of Ingredients

    • 5 tbs. hot sauce (Louisiana is the best)
    • 1/4 cup of margarine (not butter)
    • 1 tbs. white vinegar
    • 1/8 tsp. celery seed
    • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    • 1/2 tsp. paprika
    • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    • 1/4 tsp. worchestershire sauce
    • 1/4 tsp. tobasco sauce
    • Dash pepper


    1. Seperate wings into wingettes

    2. Deep fry wings at 375 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes

    3. Drain wings for a few minutes and put in a bowl with a lid

    4. Pour sauce over wings and shake completely to coat wings

    5. They can be eaten now or bake on a cookie sheet for a few minutes to get an extra crispy coating

    6. Serve with carrot and celery stick, Blue Cheese dressing and a cold beer

    Final Comments

    Prepare sauce in same order as the ingredients are listed in a small sauce pan and allow to simmer for at least 15 minutes
