    List of Ingredients


    • 2 large onions (2 cups), chopped
    • 2 celery stalks (2 cups), chopped
    • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    • 1/2 lb. ground pork
    • 6 lbs. of potatoes
    • 1/2 green bell peppers, chopped
    • 2 tbsp. sage
    • 3 tbsp. poultry seasoning
    • 1 tbs. salt
    • 1 tsp. pepper
    • 1 cup water
    • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt


    Instructions


    1. Boil potatoes, mash and let cool
    2. Sautee onions, celery and green peppers
    3. Add ground beef, ground pork and cook until brown
    4. Add sage, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper and stir well
    5. Add cooled mashed potatoes to meat and mix very well
    6. Add water as needed to make consistancy mushy


    Final Comments


    Let stand for about 30 minutes before stuffing turkey
