    List of Ingredients


    • 3 1/2 lb.chicken, cut up
    • 3 cups water
    • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
    • 1 cup corn, (frozen best)
    • 1 cup lima beans
    • 1 cup okra, cut
    • 1 medium potatoe, diced
    • 1 medium onion, diced
    • 1/2 cup celery, diced
    • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
    • 1 1/2 Worchestershire sauce
    • Salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Add chicken to water and bring to a boil
    2. Reduce heat and simmer until fully cooked
    3. Remove chicken from broth and allow to cool
    4. Skin and dice the chicken
    5. Return the chicken and all ingredients to the pot and simmer until all ingredients are soft, about 1 1/2 hours
