    Lamb Stew Italian Style

    List of Ingredients

    • 2 1/2 lb. cubed lamb
    • Flour
    • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
    • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
    • 2 tbs. Rosemary, chopped
    • 3 anchove fillets (optional)
    • 2 cups canned tomatoes, crushed and use juice
    • 1 cup chicken broth


    1. Heat oil in pan
    2. Flour lamb and fry until golden brown
    3. In a bowl mix vinegar, garlic, Rosemary, anchoves and pour over lamb
    4. Add tomatoes and broth, bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer for 1 1/2 hours
