    Pork Ragout

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 lb. pork loin cut into cubes (pork stewing beef)
    • 2 small onions, cut into wedges
    • 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
    • 1 tsp. dried Rosemary, crumbled
    • 4 tbs. margarine
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
    • 1 cup of boiling water
    • 4 cups of cauliflower florettes
    • 2 cups carrots, sliced
    • 2 cups hot cooked rice


    1. In a large skillet saute ork, onion, garlic and Rosemary in margarine over medium-high heat until pork is browned, turn once
    2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
    3. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water, stir into pork mixture
    4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes
    5. Add cauliflower and carrots, cover and simmer for 15 more minutes or untilvegetables are tender

    Final Comments

    Serve over rice
    Makes 4 servings
