    Rosemary Lamb Stew

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 lb. cubed lamb
    • 1/2 cup carrots, diced
    • 1/4 cup turnips, diced
    • 1/2 cup onions, diced
    • 1/2 cup raw potatoes, diced
    • 1/2 cup celery, diced
    • 2 tbs. Rosemary, chopped
    • 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
    • 2 cups of vegetable stock (chicken stock works)
    • Olive oil
    • Creole seasoning
    • Salt and pepper to taste


    1. Sprinkle Creole seasoning over lamb
    2. Fry lamb in hot oil till golden brown
    3. Add vegetables, salt, pepper and Rosemary
    4. Add tomatoes and garlic
    5. Add stock
    6. Let simmer uncovered for 30 minutes
