    List of Ingredients

    • 4 onions, diced
    • 4 celery stocks, diced
    • 1/2 green pepper, diced
    • Medium cabbage
    • 8 oz. rice (Minute rice is ok)
    • 28 oz. tomatoe juice
    • 1 1/4 lb. ground pork
    • 1 tsp. garlic
    • Salt & pepper to taste


    1. Over medium heat fry onions
    2. Add celery and green pepper,stir
    3. Add ground pork and garlic salt to pan, season with salt and pepper
    4. Boil water for cabbage, take core out of cabbage then turn up and down for about 3 minutes on one side and 3 miuntes on other side
    5. Reduce heat to low-medium till cooked and remove excess fat
    6. Add rice and about 6 oz. of tomatoe juice and stir well
    7. Cover bottom of roasting pan with tomatoe juice
    8. Add cabbage rolls then pour balance of tomatoe juice over the cabbage rolls and add water to cover roll, do not allow rolls to float
    9. Cook in a 325 degree oven covered for about 2 hours.
