    Finnish Pancakes

    List of Ingredients

    3 eggs
    2 teaspoons salt
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 cups milk
    3/4 cup flour

    Recipe

    Beat eggs until foamy. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended. Pour into buttered pan and bake at 400�F for 30 minutes. Top with sugar and cinnamon to taste.
