Witches' Wakeup: Pumpkin Granola Bars

3/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 egg
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons molasses
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon grated orange peel Recipe
In mixing bowl or food processor, blend together pumpkin, egg, butter, honey and molasses. Add oats, nuts, coconut, wheat germ, cinnamon and orange peel; process until well combined. Spread mixture in lightly greased jelly roll pan. Bake in 350�F oven for 40 minutes or til golden browned. While still warm, cut into bars. Microwave method: Spread batter onto microwave safe plate or tray and cook, uncovered, on med for 8-10 minutes, turning tray 3 x. Watch carefully as batter burns easily. Makes 30 bars.
