Stuffing: Crockpot Sweet PotatoStuffing

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 tbsp fat-free chicken broth (1 to 2) or vegetable broth
6 cups bread cubes, dried
1 large sweet potato, cooked, peeled & finely chopped
1/2 cup fat-free chicken broth, or vegetable broth
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp coarsely ground pepperRecipe
In a large nonstick skillet saut� celery and onion in broth until tender. Add remaining ingredients and toss gently. Transfer to crockpot sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hrs or until bread and vegetables are soft. Makes 10 one-cup servings.
