    Chicken in Pesto Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    1 chicken breast
    1 teaspoon pesto sauce
    1 tablespoon cream cheese
    3 slices bacon

    Recipe



    Mix the pesto and cheese together. Skin the chicken breast and cut a pocket in it. Stuff it with the pesto mixture and wrap it with the bacon. Wrap it in foil and bake at 400�F for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve with rice. Serves 1.
