    2 pounds chicken breast halves without skin
    1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    1 egg -- beaten
    1 cup flour
    1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350�F. Dip chicken into yogurt. coat with flour. coat with egg wash and finally into breadcrumbs. Place on baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
